Hello! I’m a student intern here at Let’s Talk About , currently working toward becoming a licensed mental health counselor. I hold a Master’s degree in Sociology, and focused on how environments shape child development and mental well-being across the lifespan.
Before starting my graduate counseling training, I worked with children and collaborated closely with families to ensure kids received the care, support, and consistency they needed to thrive. That experience has given me a deep appreciation for the ways early life experiences can shape us, not just in childhood, but well into adulthood.
In therapy, I take a person-centered approach. That means I meet you where you are, honoring your lived experience and offering a compassionate space to explore challenges and discover your strengths. Whether you're a parent, a young adult, or someone still carrying unprocessed childhood experiences, I’m here to walk beside you as you navigate your journey toward healing.
As a student intern, I’m able to offer lower-cost sessions while still providing intentional, thoughtful care. Choosing to work with me means joining in a collaborative and supportive relationship—one where we both learn and grow together.
