I am a Registered Marriage and Family Therapist Intern providing therapy in English and Spanish for individuals, couples, and families. While my training includes couples and family systems, I am also trained to work with individuals across a wide range of emotional, relational, and life challenges.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. I draw from evidence-based practices to help clients gain insight, build coping skills, improve communication, and create healthier patterns in their lives.

Outside of therapy, I enjoy staying active, discovering new coffee spots, and traveling to create meaningful memories with the people I care about.
